The Wagyu Tomahawk steak is a bone-in ribeye steak known for its long frenched bone, resembling the shape of a tomahawk axe. This impressive cut includes a long rib bone, which is left intact, adding flavor and moisture during the cooking process. The generous marbling and substantial thickness of the Tomahawk steak contribute to a rich, juicy, and flavorful dining experience. The tomahawk steak is a show-stopping centerpiece for special occasions and grilling enthusiasts.

Sourced from wagyu cattle, our Wagyu beef is meticulously bred and cultivated in the prime agricultural regions of the Liverpool Plains in Northern New South Wales and the Darling Downs in South East Queensland. The cattle enjoy free-range grazing in the natural, clean environment of Eastern Australia during the initial stages of their lives, feeding on abundant natural grasses. To enhance the unique and highly marbled characteristics of Wagyu beef, our cattle undergo a 400-day grain-fed regimen with no added hormones. This specialized diet, coupled with careful breeding practices, results in the exceptional quality and flavor profile of our signature Wagyu beef.

*Note that this item has a marbling score of 4-5.
